Just a small note, there are certain types of chests in the krypt that give set pieces of loot, specifically the "scorpion" and "emperor" chests. Although 98% of the chests are randomized.

Ever since MK 9, I’ve enjoyed this series a hell of a lot more. The X-rays allow someone like me who doesn’t have a ton of Kombat experience, a way to brutalize my opponent without the requirement to do the finish combos. It’s amazing!!

Fatalities aren’t that hard just practice inputting the directions quickly and accurately and you will find most fighting games become largely easier

10 hours in. Hundreds of thousands of koins spent in the krypt. Not one single skin for the characters I use. Great *update* I am now nearing 18 hours in. MILLIONS of koins spent in the krypt. Maybe 4 or 5 skins for characters I use, and a few brutalities. Gear drops are EXTREMELY RARE, and I have yet to get ONE augment that will fit any gear that I use. Absolutely ridiculous. Such a fun game, but this is ridiculous.

Main issue with fighting games for 90-95% of us, we will never see the true enjoyment of the game which is reaching top tier ability and skill allowing us to the true experience. Until you truely can bring forward your character to near 100% efficiency knowing all their combos and match-ups against an opponent of similar skills you are really only experiencing a small fraction of what these games have to offer. Granted, I am really bad at these games, and the attraction is its like learning a real life martial art, you start with the basic strikes, and learn to string together 1 or 2 hits. Then eventually with extreme dedication to learning the muscle memory and reaction speed you can become great. As said earlier unfortunately for most of us, we never get to this point and most casuals quit out of frustration/boredom leaving only the veterans to continue to spar with each other and never seeing the end game.

MK11 is just amazing. Online you get matched to near equal to your level. If you happen to find a nice fighter, you can mercy each other to give each other a chance in case of a bad start or something like that. Played over an hour with someone doing that. Such a respectable fight. Too bad of the de-sync though, but that's another story.

I really wish that Goro and Mileena were in this game. I would've liked to see how they would both look like with the new and improved graphics. Honestly, having Kitana in this game without Mileena is like having Ken in a Street Fighter game without Ryu.

I would emphasize the awe full towers way more. Nearly the whole progression is locked behind them and for casual players they are nearly impossible. Please nether realm, patch some difficulty options into the towers, like this, the game is no fun... Story mode was great though.

I Love Mortal kombat games but I hate the Story and the setting Mk 11 Ending just shouts THERE WONT BE A NEW MORTAL KOMBAT.I would have loved if the story would have just continued as a reboot to the original timeline with some aspects changed and the final battle on the pyramid as liu kang following Raidens words:He must win. Whats with the One being he is stronger than elder gods but Weaker than kronika or is he Like Kronika a... ?(everyone who had played the end should now it)
