In its defense, I think this movie was made back when the robo arms were enhancements, not replacements for Jaxes lost limbs. So I’m guessing the message was more: be confident in yourself, don’t artificially boost yourself.

Mortal Kombat Annihilation is in fact (UNIRONICALLY) one of my fav films despite it’s “quirks” So you can only imagine how joyous I am that it is being discussed by one of my fav KZbinrs. Thanks Braeden Happy April

I hate how much that became a meme. I hate even more that it's a beloved meme. I hate the most that it's so beloved that not only a lot of fans have convinced themselves that it's accurate to Raiden's portrayal in MK9 and even the devs used that meme at Raiden's expense in MK11, in Aftermath and in M1K.

I unironically enjoy this movie. It's good, so many people hate it but it's good. I'd rather watch this movie fifty time that watch another boring ass modern day slice of life movie.
