Both shao kahn's in ultimate mortal kombat trilogy are the same and have the same moves only difference is one kahn is a little tougher

Dude ultimate mortal kombat trilogy for genesis is entertaining and badass and ultimate mortal kombat 3 arcade sega hack is aweright and mortal kombat 2 unlimited but you can't do pit 1 stage fatality which is kind of dung but you need a special sega emulator to play umkt or umkah rom but you wont have any problems playing mk2u.

You can play as Ermac in mk2 unlimited with a code but he only has one move which is scorpion's teleport punch he has no finishers so there's no point in playing as him but only the computer can do his force ball move

I'm trying to get Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trilogy ROM HACK working on the sega genesis mini through project lunar. It run's perfectly but only the 3 lower buttons work, the top 3 don't respond. Is there anyway of getting this shit working? For the Original Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 I had to do the 6 button hack and Force NTSC, but this doesn't work in this case. Can anyone help?

There are good MK gen hacks and interesting ones. UMK trilogy MK II unlimited MK Revelations MK CX in streets of rage MK 6 (28 people hack) MK 5 aka Mortal Kombat Mythology Sub Zero.

Ermac is unlocked and playable with this code on an emulator 30006A:0015 but he only has one special move a teleport punch done this way down back high punch only the computer can do the projectile attack

Showing my age but back when I bought this game for the Mega Drive the "gore" was censored in Ireland but you could enable blood and fatalities but using button codes from magazines. This was pre-internet so you would have to hope someone with a US relative could get the codes or the magazines would print them. Even some of the magazines would hide the codes (probably in cahoots with Konami). This video reminded me off all this stuff.

That was true everywhere. Mortal kombat 1 for the mega drive/genesis had the blood, but only with a cheat code, whereas the SNES version didn't have blood at all. But yeah it wasn't just an Ireland thing

Actually, IF You Had A GameGenie During The 90's & Put-in: "Always Fight..." Then Pressed Start On Controller 2; You Could Have Easily Played As Kintaro, Jade, Smoke, Noob Saibot & Even ShaoKahn On Original Genesis Version, But Game Would Crash If Too Many Buttons Were Pressed During Kombat: Though They DID Even Have Special Moves!

@@damin9913 "MKII; Unlimited" Uses MANY Of The Same GameGenie Codes, Except For Ones Reguarding The Secret Characters, As They Are Allready Unlocked. So THOSE Codes Were Slightly Altered & The Code For Jade Was Changed To Ermac. IF One Was To Imput Original Character Codes... It Would Frreze & Give An Execution Error! However, MANY UMK3 Hacks Work with MOST Of The Original UMK3 Genie Codes?

Step 1. Go to an app or playstore and download a sega genesis emulator. Step 2. Google UMKT DOWNLOAD SEGA GEN step 3. Download links from sites. Step 4. If u have trouble with controls, download different sega emulators to see which one works best. I've went thru 3 before I found one with the correct layout. STEP 5 YOU WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THE MOVESET TO ADJUST THE EMULATOR. YOU CAN DO THIS IN THE MORTAL KOMBAT IN GAME OPTIONS

@@TheLazyGamer1995 mate, you know you can change the controls in the emulator to whatever you want, right? You don't have to go through tons of emulators to find one with the "correct" controls. On literally every emulator, you just go in the options and go to the key binding section, and then set the buttons to whichever buttons you like, on your controller. It's very simple to do, and I'm kinda baffled that you didn't know this, and went and actually changed the button layout in the game itself instead of just doing it in the emulator. That's pretty hilarious 😂

You like it better than the snes version of mortal kombat 2. Sega version is pretty cool but the finishing moves lack so much detail that it kind of gets boring fast but it does have the d u l l a r d code which i pretty cool.

I play ultimate mk trilogy all the time if you have an android tablet download the MD.emu sega genesis emulator it works on there and you can use cheat codes for unlimited health and 1 button brutalities

Are you talking about the AtGames system? Do you know if it's the 2017 or 2018 version? The 2018 version says AtGames on the bottom right-hand side of the console. I have this on a cart so I can test it and let you know. Thanks for watching!

It looks like they updated Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trilogy since the last time I played it. I had a lot of fun with it but still I wish they would remove the MK2/MK1 sprites. I still don't understand why we need MK2 Smoke, Jade & Noob Saibot or the MK1 sprites of characters that were already in the original UMK3. It feels weird when playing the single player mode to fight these sprites with a character from UMK3. I'm also glad to see they removed the MK movie theme from the ROM.

You can play as ermac In mk2 unlimited I have a code that let's you do it but the only special move you can do with him is the teleport punch only the computer can use the forceball when you use a code to play as ermac you have to pick the space where jade is on the select screen then you will be ermac here is the code this code works on an emulator 30006A:0015

@@mauricemason7135 Oh ok the mk2 hack where you can do animalities and brutalities is basically an updated version of mk2 unlimited in this version they changed some moves around this time liu kang only has 1 fatality which is his cartwheel uppercut they changed his dragon fatality to an animality but the move is still done the same way instead of saying fatality it will say animality and you can do easy combos in this version by pressing a few buttons I'll have to send you the pdf file that has the new changes so you'll know how to do the moves I'll send you ultimate mk trilogy do you also want mortal kombat revelations I have that one to and I have a version of umk trilogy where the mk2 female ninjas are nude and another where shang tsung looks like the ghost face killer from the movie scream in this version instead of fireballs he shoots a rocket launcher when he blocks he gives the middle finger

@@mauricemason7135 The version of mk2 unlimited I gave you is the one with updated colors if you play 2 full games the rom will glitch and freeze to a black screen but the rom is not broken just reset the game in your emulator and you can play again for some reason the rom was like that when I downloaded it
