For me, Genesis is the winner, mainly because it's uncensored, has a unique take on soundtrack and better models. Still, I appreciate the SNES for fixing pretty much all typos in characters bios and endings

The SNES version is superior in every way, I even dare say that they didn't put any effort into making the Genesis version knowing that there are games that are better on Genesis than on SNES.

Genesis version was cut down to promote 32x version.

Yes the snes is overall better experience. But the Genesis fighter models look better with more animation. And Genesis gameplay is better with less slowdown. SNES baraka slice and dice move breaks the game 😂 and too much blood snes version slows down

The Genesis version is known to play too fast: it's missing combos and even lacks crouching punch. The SNES has, so far as I know, all the arcade combos and plays closer to the arcade's speed. The 32x carried over the speed and combo issues.

@ no snes is slower than the arcade too slow. And missing combos too. The only way to play mk2 is arcade
