The Genesis has more levels and a fanfare, that said the SNES version has the better music imo. If the Genesis had the SNES version of the music it would be a 10/10 for me.

SNES wins due to the superior colour palette.

I loved this game as a kid. A lot of the early video games did a poor job adjusting to the difficulty for the children that played them. I eventually beat this one on hard, but had to memorize everything in every level. It's a lot for a 9-10 year old kid. My son is the same age and wouldn't make it through the first level.

genesis version is a lot better than the snes version it has better looking graphics and has more content than the snes version that doesnt mean the snes version is the worst (pc port exists) but its not the best either

Genesis had superior graphics, but the SNES had the better audio quality because of the Sony chip.

I prefer SEGA Mega drive (Genesis).

For me, Genesis is the winner, mainly because it's uncensored, has a unique take on soundtrack and better models. Still, I appreciate the SNES for fixing pretty much all typos in characters bios and endings

The SNES version is superior in every way, I even dare say that they didn't put any effort into making the Genesis version knowing that there are games that are better on Genesis than on SNES.
