Eh, I’ll admit the story certianly could have been better(at least it wasn’t Annihilation…at least we can agree on that) but for what us Mortal Kombat fans have been waiting for decades as a hard R-rated; almost close to getting the infamous NC-17 rating; movie with all the action, blood and gore without pulling any punches(if anything they punched right through that) and so many great homages to the games; I was certainly satisfied and I cannot wait for the next movie(plus, love Scorpion's new look so much I plan on cosplaying as him at anime conventions next year, just have to learn his signature kunai chain moves and get my voice ready constantly shouting “GET OVER HERE!!”)

This is something I have said to several people online for not native English speakers, It is unbelievable the amount of jobs you open yourself up to if you can speak English fluently, mostly because English Is the international language so for Naval or aviation careers, you are basically required to speak English at least well enough to do what you need to do. And there are many other careers that basically require English speaking. If you want to learn languages purely for utility, English, French and Spanish are the three that I would suggest learning (Portuguese if you want bonus points, although even that one is nowhere near as useful and every language after that just drops off exponentially in how useful it is, unless you're going to a country where that is the only native language)

But Bi-Han is not Quan-Chi in disguise, establishing a war between the Lin Kuei and the Shirai Ryu, and establishing a motive for Scorpion's revenge like in the original lore. In the movie, both clans were barely introduced and explained... They just fight because the movie tells them they should fight. Making Scorpion and Sub-Zero's rivalry look weak. Also making Bi-Han 1 dimensional.
