Something that's less useful and more just a neat interaction: If you play your lute near one of the enemies playing a lute, they wont attack you!

i remember playing a lute in the cave where u find the new improvise lute and see them all get up and head towards me lol. Seems like they dont like the inferior taste in music

They also play the same song as you...so you can actually change what they're playing :P

Also if you play the lute in front of sister genessa she'll start nodding her head and swaying to you playing it

There is a secret sister to the left of the gate to the teleport place. You can buy an upgrade that gives more resolve for 3000 tar

Yeah if you don't ever go talk to the dark lord and just collect all the sacred glands then take them to her and play the lute. She will.show you hardcore she is.

Tainted Tar can be used an emergency healing item, it ejects you from your shell, and when you reclaim it you have full health, but it doesn't use up your second chance like if you would have lost your shell from dying

Almost a year later but I just got the game. With this tip though, you'll be exposed more so than when you would be kicked out of your shell because the enemies don't freeze. So faster enemies could kill you pretty quickly if the player isn't paying attention

@@thecaptaincranium True, just as with any healing item you should still be mindful when you use it, in this case I meant emergency heal like you have very few healing items and you've just finished off a crowd of enemies, instead of wasting 2 or 3 to get back to full you can use this after a nasty fight to get back all your health before moving on to the next mob of enemies and help conserve your healing items

Not really a big deal but something I didn't find out till later is that you can still sorta run when you crawl through tunnels

I found this guide to be really useful (more so than many of the others out there), so I put together this list to help anyone else: 1) 0:32 Hidden locations 2) 1:14 Open previously locked chests in the Fog 3) 1:45 Thestus can trigger the Fog 4) 2:14 The Mechanical Spike is easy to get near the Tower Hub 5) 3:11 Weapon upgrades are found in the area of the corresponding weapon 6) 3:40 Some items, like mushrooms, respawn on a 5 minute timer 7) 4:02 Item and food mechanics for boss fights 8) 5:40 Buy roasted rats from the vendor for boss fights 9) 6:04 You can run past enemies to get through tough areas 10) 6:30 Solomon passive increases item familiararity rate 11) 7:00 Buy toolset from the vendor to repair the Ballistazooka 12) 7:39 Attack combos can stagger opponents and bosses 13) 8:14 Combining combos, hardening and weapon skills can create long attack chains 14) 8:42 Rushing archers will make them stash their crossbow permanently 15) 9:08 Scummy combat tactics

Here's something little more scummy.. you can get resolve off dead enemies bodies. Larger ones. Like, you can get a bar or two up after defeating that large statue like guard at Dim Gate.

All enemies actually, smaller ones are harder to reach, but it is possible to secure a missing points to get a full bar )

Another thing is you can farm glimpse by killing that grisha over and over when fog is activated

Fight the enemies on the fog cause they drop item called Tainted Neltar you can leave your shell and then go back onto shell this restores full health and if you using Eredim The Venerable as he is a amazing boss killer as he gets bonus damage and if you got the ability Accreation of Inheritance and Accreation of Dominance you can go back into your shell on a boss fight to take a chunk of health away from the boss

If you want the first sword upgrade. Just run past the boss. Open the chest and use hardened while in the opening the chest animation and run off upgrade it. Then have an easy time with the boss ;)

If I exit to main menu and then continue I'm sent back to sister grisha and my health is reset, however it doesn't reset any of the enemies and I keep all the items I got

grisha is an enemy not a sister.

Gather 80k of tar, then go to the merchant, do a max bulk buy on a heavy bolt, while your tar is being counted down you can do a bulk buy again and again, you can get ~1000 bolts with this glitch ^^

80k hmm maybe I've already done everything possible in the game by then. And I'm on my 10th ng+ So not worth and the reload is long and its useless in most fights and especially boss fights

@@_imV yeah me too.. hopefully some new dungeons/area's and new enemies types would be welcomed as would new weapon types. And also Solomon needs a nerf. As his infinite resolve turns him into a spam special ability over and over and gets healed and resolve for doing it.

Btw do you know any software that can rip models from a game? I want to inspect on sister genessa, she has no face under that mask, but she has human skin under those robes.. + she has nice ass and i want to see 😂

@@_imV when you are not in a shell. Go and speak to the bird guy in the tower And he will tell u why she is there. And a bit of story on her. And there is walls you have too hit in certain parts of the map. They also give a bit of lore on Solomon

U can end the fog just by speaking to the bird guy prisoner since he is ringing the bell ... And fog will be gone without losing an other glimps

One of the worst bits of the game is Crucix boss room drop depending on a skill that you would really only use in this 1 case, meaning u use tar and glimpses for 1 skill to use it in 1 situation. Or u can just not use Tiel... Thx game for forcing me to use items or buy a useless skill...

If you run Solomon you can leap from the tree trunk just outside of the weapon station and use the skill to kill both bandits while filling all resolve. Quicker way to fill it up on your way to another dungeon
