Did Eldritch horror change before release because it feels pretty underwhelming on live. I swear the voli’s I’ve seen have tri force not anima

Never realised there was anything wrong with the old rerolls but with the change it now feels so much better! First patch is as shaky as they always are but there's so much I enjoy already - arcane is going to be so fun once it's playable xD One thing I've noticed is that Trait Tracker seems like an incredibly fun augment but is completely dependent on hitting the arcane emblem, I can't imagine this could balanced with how things are so could it be made for it to give 2 emblems and and arcane emblem? I feel like there's a similar issue with Flexible but that one certainly doesn't need a buff.

Completely agree on the rerolls - the new system is real nice! I'd say that Arcana is playable ish rn but is more reliant on kench/xerath and getting xerath stacking early. Just got a 1st with 6 vanguard 4 arcana yesterday! It's def not great tho I agree

@@JoeyBonzo99You can definitely see the intentions behind and Arcane which will be great once they're buffed. My only concern is how those emblem augments will have to be completely reliant on the Arcane emblem.

@@JoeyBonzo99There is a 1 cost RR comp that makes great use of Arcana. Only real requirement is blue buff for Zoe. Your core is Zoe, Poppy, Lilia, and Ahri, then you look to add Hecarim and Nunu for Arcana 2 and Bastion 4. Late game you can transition into Arcana 4 with Kench and Xerath, but as long as you're hitting 3* units, Ahri will grant more than enough bonus AP to keep Zoe relevant.

Interesting question that guy asked about retention and acquisition. Mort you are absolutely right. It is too business-y. And that’s precisely the problem with games these days. It’s always about “how can we maximize players and therefore profits?” And not about “is this game any good?”. Player acquisition sounds too pro-“let’s give new players an item or a bundle so they want to play the game, at least to try it out” where the old players get nothing. Now, I can’t really think of a specific time this has happened but I bet it’s happened with destiny, for example. Not sure though. Either way though the point is that yes it’s too business-y and takes away from the idea that the game you create should be fun. If it’s fun, the rest should follow naturally. They’re always over-complicating things all the time and now it seems there’s a supreme disconnect. I see absolutely no controversy there and if anyone thinks that is a controversial take is part of the problem. It doesn’t take a genius to see the flaws in the current system, but to not see them is idiocy and complacency.

Lots of schools have bear mascots. Dunno how many have eldeitch bear mascots but ik sure theres one out there.

Have you considered fixing the item bench yet? I don't think its limit caters to skill expression or the way this game has developed.

Did school mascot get nerfed? My 3/5 Eldrich only had a titans resolve (which is pretty terrible because he can't stack it well.) Then my Voli only had a tri-force, which is pretty good, but at only 1 item it didn't feel very strong.

I got nearly the Same comb, but my voli didnt get another Item... He was running around with one Item and i saw ppl Play school mascot with 3 items, anyone knows when the beast get a second or third Item?

Items should be changed so that by 5-1 all players receive at least 1 copy of each item, I do NOT understand why this isn't already implemented. It makes some comps totally unplayable.

There is bug with all hero augments it only applies to the copy the augment gave and not the strongest had nunu augment sell a 1 star copy becuase i got prismatic lucky gloves lost the augment on the new copy of nunu

I'ma just leave this here cuh idk. There's a bug with faerie where if you've too many items on bench the faerie ones disappear/cant be used.. cost me the gaaaame. I tried playing 8/9(can't remember what the max is) faerie rumble with his augment... Cus I hit the Aug and an emblem. But yh couldn't use the crown on him. Cost me dearly 🙂‍↕️ I kinda like the trait too sadly, I'ma avoid it now tho even if it's partly due to my error of not slamming items soon enough. Got me sounding homophobic whenever I see it now 😭 "fucking faeries" alas, what's the free LP strat you guys are on?
