You make n̈ature so interesting and i like your calm but humorous commentry, a lot better than the nature programmes we see on the tv with the presenters ego taking over the subject, i used to like going on country walks when i was younger to the yorkshire dales, the lake district and local countryside and down south, but my father used to spoil it by rushing us through it all. This is the sort of documentary i love.😊

I'm sorry to hear about your little crow. I hope one day when you least expect it, he will grace your home once again. Wouldn't it be fun if Bertram came back with his babies - then you'd be a grandpa! I also get excited when it gets cold enough to see frost or snow as I live in Vancouver, Canada, a climate I think might be very similar to Denmark. It was great to see you pull out your macro lens to shoot the frost! I love frost and snow. I'm glad you got to see a deer - what a treat for you after a long day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your incredible videos that I know all of us viewers look forward to and is always the highlight of the day. Merry Christmas Morten!

Thanks for taking along on you day of roaming the fields and woods, Morten. I felt right at home in that terrain and with the wildlife you encountered. We have fallow deer in one wildlife area here.

I almost stopped breathing when you spotted the deer, in case I made a noise 😄 We also saved various birds, and most of them never returned after they flew off. All accept the Laughing Dove which we named Floki. He would always come for his special seeds in the morning and evening. Then one day, he just never returned. I know the feeling of calling and calling, and worrying. Let's hope little Bertram is ok. Thanks for this amazing peaceful video!

Hej Morten. Tak for skønne film. 🥰🎄

Always enjoy your videos. I completely understand when trying to photograph, you want to capture the not only the vision, but the smell, the temperature, the wind. Basically I would love to be able to take a photo that would transport the person looking at to that exact place and time. Yeah it's a little much. Sad to hear about Bertram. I think I'll choose to think he's found a mate. Have a wonderful Christmas and a blessed New Year.

Thank you Morten. Have a nice Yule and Christmas. I especially liked the heather in frost. As winter holidays have just started, I'm uploading pictures for years reviews and photobooks. And I hope to have enough daylight time to scout for new locations within the next days. In early spring I'd like to try out an infrared camera to spot different kinds of owls in my homerange and catch some soundscapes. Btw yesterdays local newspapers reported a fox was found at the Christmas market. Belly full, sleeping deeply and not amused he was caught and driven back to the woods. Maybe he tasted mulled wine too ;-)?
