Hate I missed the live. We just got our home under contract we are renting the house we are going to buy should we go ahead and look into morgage lenders now or wait til lease is up on the rental hoping interest rates drop. Also we will have 20% down should we fha or look into conventional.

Logically mortgage intest rate should and would keep dropping but we have an 80s old world leader that may make some crazy decision to keep the interest rate as high as he could.
