Man that first story freaks me the hell out to a point eyes tear up. I have my own personal experience about one strange gnome like creatures. The one I saw however, was less than a foot tall. The damn thing was even wearing a weird hat. Like Link the video game character from the legend of zelda. I have never in my life discussed this with anyone because I know how unbelievable it sounds. It was the most amazing, yet terrifying thing I have ever seen in my natural life.

I did some research on dingmaul/plunkus and actually there is a northeastern version of the cryptid that is more bobcat-like and is called the "silver cat." I just looked it up quickly during break, but I didn't see anything about singing for either cryptid, but I did see something about the silver cat beating the smooth part of its tail on its chest to make a beat

These stories are awesome. I am really sick and laying in bed and love listening. The spider one horrified me though. That is so cruel. I have pet spiders. I used to have arachnophobia but as with all my fears, I made myself face it, which wasn't easy. But after getting over their scary appearance, I looked up the cutest spider ever. The jumping spider. So I started with them and now I love all spiders. They are actually very helpful to us. They may look scary but they can't help how they look. I even have a tarantula now, named Salem. My point...spiders are awesome. please do not kill them. If you don't like them, leave them the Hell alone. Rant over. :) Thanks Mort for all your hard work. It is so greatly appreciated.

Loved th gnome one, shame they were not Laughing Gnomes from David Bowie! I used to have tiny twig men come & visit me from time to time, they were coal black, twigy, very mischievous, they used to hide my things but i didnt mind.. i used to make tiny acorn & honey cookies for them & little pots of milk which they always ate but never in front of me but they never did me harm & i always welcomed them. They never stayed long but it always surprised me that they stayed in my house but are not house elves & are definately of th wild wood. Loving yr long long vids Mortmed

I live in a rural village & its generally quite breezy & can be extremely cold here as i face the North Sea, one of the most turbulent & violent seas in the world, even on our hottest days the sea water is ICE cold! 😆 We're used to it though! Ive never been to Hawaii but have been to Tahiti which was wonderful. Im a seasoned traveller but find hot weather debilitating & makes my brain like sludge.. Meh. I don't worry bout gnomes. They tend to live in more Scandinavian settled parts of the country. I fear alligators since I have an inlet from the nearby river where they tend sun themselves. Finally put up a 12 ft fence(6 under, 6above) to keep my dogs safe. Cars though they don't seem to have issues with. Go figure. Ps anyone interested in fresh gator tail. Season starts next week here

We're mostly harmless though, even the inbred of us r very modernized.
