Located beside Mortlake Station on a high street near Richmond, West London. The equipment here consists of the usual four LED wigwags, two quiet yodalarms, and four SPX barriers that were made only in 2018. One yodalarm is rather fast here too as can be heard, and there is signage instructing pedestrians to use the footbridge when the barriers are down, which occurs quite a lot even on Sundays, let alone on a weekday peak time, as this is one of a handful of level crossings in the South East of England to see over 300 trains per day on average.
In this video, we have two SWR class 707s passing this crossing, the second of which does so considerably quicker than the first one does.
Thanks for watching!
