42:23 Task 3. The task asked for descending order but didn't specify which column. So is it wrong if we sort it by descending based on 1st column (e.g. the national park column)?

Hi sir, Do we need to save the project after we complete the task for each project in the exam?

In the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) exam, you generally don't need to manually save each project after completing a task. The exam platform typically autosaves your work as you progress. When you click on the SUBMIT PROJECT Button, it saves your work and moves to the next project. However, it’s a good idea to follow any specific instructions given during the exam. If a task instructs you to save the project, make sure to do so.. After you complete the tasks for a project, you will submit the project and start the next project. The RESTART PROJECT Button closes and reopens the current project without saving your changes. You can use these features to display status indicators on the task tab and in the Exam Summary: (i)MARK COMPLETE Displays ✅to indicate that the task is complete. (ii)MARK FOR REVIEW Displays 🚩to indicate that you want to review the task before you finish the exam. The EXAM SUMMARY opens after you submit the final project. You can revisit tasks and make changes until you finish the exam. Select FINISH EXAM to submit your answers, stop the exam timer, and move to the feedback stage of the exam. You cannot change your answers after you finish the exam.• Select DISPLAY SCORE REPORT to exit Feedback Mode and display your exam results.

Do you need excel Microsoft 365 in order to do the test? I still have office 2016 and am thinking of upgrading to Microsoft 365.

Yes, you need Microsoft Excel 365 to do the Test/Exam on MOS Excel (Microsoft 365 Apps) or you can upgrade to Office 2021. Upgrading to Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 will give you full access to all the features and resources needed to complete all the tasks. Ensure you purchase a genuine office license.

My students are getting 940 out of 1000 in mos365... Even though they are doing in correct way, they are loosing marks. Mainly from manage sheets and workbook section... Can you pls help sir

Here are some specific tips to help your students avoid losing marks: (1) Correct Sheet Naming and Reordering: ✔Ensure that sheets are named exactly as required, including proper capitalization, spacing, and punctuation. ✔When reordering sheets, students should double-check the sequence to ensure it matches the instructions exactly. (2) Managing Workbook Views: ✔Hiding/Unhiding Sheets: Students should practice hiding and unhiding sheets without affecting the overall structure of the workbook. ✔Freezing Panes: They should know how to freeze and unfreeze rows and columns correctly, making sure that the correct panes are frozen as required in the exam.
