Hi Bonnie and Kim, I have some oro verde landscape rocks (7"x 5"x 3") that I'd like to cut down into smaller mosaic pieces. Will I be able to use the hammer and hardie? I really don't want to use a diamond blade on my circular saw to cut them down, but I might have to?

Thanks, Bonnie and Kim! I love your channel because now I know about dalle de Verre glass. Because it’s so thick, I’m specifically curious to know how it’s all held together (copper foil, etc) and I’d love to see you do a demo on a project. I heard you mention it’s mostly in churches but I wonder if I could do a glass on glass project, then grout it.

Kim and I (this is Bonnie) were just in Chartres, France - you can take a class there! We both ended up buying art pieces - so beautiful. I don't think copper foil will work, dal's are about 1" thick and HEAVY. The process is to cast the cleaved pieces in concrete/resin mix. Do a quick Google or KZbin search, bet some videos show up.
