That was a very informative and cool demonstration, thank you! I never would have thought about different color adhesives under glass. I loved the look of the black and driftwood, under the iridescent glass. The white didn't impress me too much, too subtle.

I just saw your response below regarding the colored silicone. I use Liquid Nails for glass on glass and I want to tint it to use on the back of a big colored gem. I just saw some tints for silicone rubber that I ordered on Amazon, I am going to test a little bit. Thank you so much for showing the technique of getting rid of bubbles under the glass. I have been just pressing down hard, but there were still been air bubbles on the outside. Now I see if I run it along the outside and also in the middle that should do the trick. I hope so. So grateful.

I am thrilled that you like the roses. I’m doing a workshop on this topic as part of a bigger program called ‘having fun using Stained Glass in your mosaics. The first workshop was about cutting and using mirror strips and the next one is about bees and will be released on KZbin first week in July. I do these based on a poll I conducted with my facebook page member. The Rose workshop is part the program probably will not get produces until mid/end of July.

the silicon glue already comes in different colours. I use white for transparent glass so it’s colour stays true

Yes it does. It varies between types and function. Go for a low VOC which means it should smell less.
