Moscow Metro in Winter

Stations in Sofia subway are decorated in hi-tech style, whereas stations of Moscow metro are decorated in different styles including hi-tech. I think that the most beautiful are stations of Stalin empire style and hi-tech style. Also Sofia and Moscow have the same rolling stock, produced by Metrovagonmash, Russia.

Very nice! By the way, on 0:47 is the "Akvarel" train - the piece of art in Moscow metro, it made on 81-740.1/741.1 "Rusich" base.

Of course Tim, it's not an easy environment in which to film, and I thought you did an excellent job, the camera lost focus, but that often happens in low light filming, so well done...Bob

@robmasterman the camera has some problems. (1st the HD camera was not used but a different one.) I thought the repair company fixed the out of focus problem. They got most of it but from time and again it will go out of focus in dark areas. :(

You asked me what do I think. It is interesting to watch from metro window and to hear announcement and to watch new subway trains. But I don´t have enough time to watch every normal metro enthusias video. I want to watch those important videos about constructing, deleting and so on, you know...

Very nice! I hope the CTA never sees pictures of the train with only few windows. They would copy it and put advertising on the outside.

It is minus thirty outside and you get in the metro and it could be fifty degrees difference. Having said that, although the temperature difference is much less, in London it seems to be worse - I suppose that is because the trains have less air.

Maybe. There are strong air currents coming from the tunnels and ventilation systems that take air from the outside all the time in Moscow Metro as well.

@Hunter63176 Я не бешусь с жиру, но меня этот поезд достал, когда его пускают в час-пик. Во первых - не до картин, а во вторых - с одной стороны каждого вагона сняли кресла для обзора картин и - на удивление больше давка чем в обычных вагонах! Так что спасибо за искусство, но лучше с 20-00 по 24-00 - реально получал удовольствие от прекрасного. А если в час-пик еще начнут оперные арии транслировать ... (уеду куда подальше)
