At 67-years-old, I am shedding copious tears of joy at the unquestionably fine art of this melody, the lyrics, and especially the bravura performances of the vocalists and instrumental musicians! I think of it this way. In the 1970s my parents preferred their 50s music. I had no use for it then. Now its roots rock and I cannot get enough. But in 2020 a song like this one by the seminal band Pink Floyd no matter how thrilling, magic and life changing is 40 years old. I waa 21 in 1979, now 62. How did that happen?! That 40 year time difference would equate to my grandparents big band music of the 1940s. Really no use for it in the 1970s. Now find it very well put together with charts that include a full brass section not just one sax and full of the amazing energy of youth. Comfortably Numb speaks to my high times before there were consequences. I stopped using in 1979. The only other band I can think of that transmits near the same feeling about a high for me is The Cure. Peace.

Man you said that right. I watch this just for Bowie. I love Eddie, however we no longer have Bowie so it kills me and he is so intense in his expression. It is just awesome. Thanks to Sean we get to watch anytime we want. Dusty the 2nd.

This is amazing. Eddie busting into "There is no pain you are receding" is really one of the most amazing moments in all of music. Brilliant job putting them together.

Sean, this is truly genius. I can’t believe how much I miss David Bowie. David would’ve been touched by this and I’m sure that Eddie would’ve love to done a live collaboration with him on this. Everyone knows about the psychotic wall between Gilmour and Waters (pun intended). Thanks for the video.

One of the best edits on KZbin. Considering there are 6 years between the 2 concerts.... Bravo, you made it look as if all four (Vedder, Bowie, Gilmore, Waters) where all there together.
