Mosfet Transistor: N-Channel and P-Channel

The Structure of the Mosfet is examined. Both the N-channel (Nmos) and P-Channel (Pmos) type transistors are explored. The transistor symbols are related to the physical structure of the Nmos and Pmos transistors.
