To be honest, i've always look at Cheating and Flirting almost at the ground level. Well cheating definition was explained well by them, Flirting, another form of, when you are in a relationship, you flirt with someone other else. Bare in mind, you dont use the word flirt at your gf/bf, is affection level already when you both are in a relationship.
