I've seen this current Slash lineup at Carolina Rebellion 2. They pulled off their set flawlessly in the middle of the afternoon and had 80k+ fans dancing like they were in a giant nightclub. In addition to material from "Apocalyptic Love" they played Snakepit songs, "Slither" and "Fall To Pieces" from Velvet Revolver and "Night Train" by G&R. They finished off their set with "Sweet Child Of Mine" and "Paradise City". The confetti cannons at the finale were epic! A day I'll never forget! \m/

I have to admit, I never believed 100% that Slash could play this solo straight like in the recording since parts are unreal and there might have been a time he could not, but now is not that time. Went in Auckland, NZ,. Myles has enabled Slash's legacy to continue well into the future, he's alive playing with this band. Myles with all the new songs plus the classics is all class.
