Actually a very good question. I do reenactments and living history as a side hobby. And I teach about how Communism promises equality, but delivers slavery, and why it failed in 97 countries and killed over 90 million people through starvation and political purges (because it doesn't work). The uniform gets attention, and opens the floor to questions such as yours. In that way, we can learn about history and what works...and what does not... which is why there are NO Communist inventions that we use every day (think about that for a moment)
