Really appreciate the effort & enthusiasm you put into every video! I think many of the cultural/societal differences between the UK/USA stem from an unwillingness to ask questions like you guys do! There are a few brit comedy/sketch shows I would love to see your take on: Greg Evigan's when things get knocked over, spill or fall out of cupboards. Jack Dee: "Where's the F***ing tent" , or "Conspiracy theories" Peter Serafenowicz "Kitchen gun" Mitchell & Webb: "Numberwang" or "Are we the baddies?" Thanks!

With this ending worth looking at garth merenghis dark place or toast of London. Matt Berry is in both, Richard ayoade is in garth. Only time I ran up as escalator was in the louvre in Paris.

The unintelligible French IT guy is based on a real experience that Graham Linehan endured when he had a problem with his internet service.
@hedgehog1965uk Жыл бұрын
I always assumed it was based on Indian IT support, since that is so common when ringing from the UK and it can be so difficult to understand them, but that Graham thought it would be considered racist if he made the guy Indian.

How did they have no reaction to that Vista joke? It's one of the best jokes of the whole show

Vista was 15 - 17 years ago. Spencer and Daniel are probably too young for this joke. Much of the computer jokes are lampooning computerisms of the time.

I'm surprised you didn't seem very amused by 'bad boy" Moss at the beginning though it's hard to tell on a small phone screen. I've noticed before that sometimes you don't seem to realise there's a joke in a comedy. Not that you just don't think it's funny but don't realise at all. I suppose different cultural references can go over ones head and it might be the same for me if I reacted to American comedy.
