Changed up the stock on my Mossberg and now I have a issue with the safety selector doing more shooting so I wanted everything top notch

You didn't use the spacer that came with the ati stock. The bolt was pushed too far in and snapped off the back tip of the trigger. Now the connector won't stop the trigger from releasing. You need to buy a new trigger they are around $ 15-20. If you had a 590 or even a 590a1 the same thing would have happened. You can test this by taking the trigger assembly out and see if the connector can be removed with out taking any pins out.

I had that same problem with my m500 I am currently talking to mossberg to see if they will warranty it

Had the same issue... the bolt is going in too far... either u didn't add the washer or wrong both.... notice if you remove the stock you can cycle shells ....

Just docked mine with my new stock using the old bolt... Goddamnit. But my safety not working and also won't feed a cartridge into the chamber either

Because some stocks don’t come with right sized bolts and if you screw a bolt that is to long in it will break the trigger so moral of the story don’t buy cheap stocks that don’t work

No They really are not that dangerous. It was probably my own doing when I put the stock on.

mossberg 500 are real blue collar shotguns, I've been shooting them since the 70's with no problems
