Breakfast was super special today! Your children will always have the special memories of you making food extra special for them. The trees cut out with the red and green veggies was awesome. My mother used to make cakes and we'd put red hots around the top of it or sprinkle coconut on it. It was a special treat. I also remember her making apple slices cake which had like ten layers to it. Great video! May God Bless.

One thing I like to do with the cinnamon roll dough (from the tube) is wrap each cinnamon roll around a piece of precooked sausage links. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes & drizzle with the icing. My kids love them.

Fun fact. Those little potatoes are called "krieltjes" in Belgium & The Netherlands. They're fun and taste really nice! 6 days until Christmas Eve here. We typically celebrate 2 days. Eve and Day. And then the same for New Years. Eve & next day. We gather together (mom, dad, me) and have a really festive meal on those 4 days. Food for *days* it is awesome! 😀

You can fry those burritos in some oil and make breakfast chimichangas. I love fried ones. Here in New Mexico we do "Christmas style" which means it has both red and green chile sauce on it. So good!! We fold a flour tortilla in half (so just put filling on half) for a quesadilla and cook on a hot comal.
