5:12 William Sheller is an amazing french singer who use to be VERY popular during the 70's->90's. This vinyl have been released in 1975 and he became famous with it. It's a nice stuff !

I've been watching your videos non stop for the couple past days and they are so awesome! It is a simple thing, magnet fishing, but you make everything sounds so exciting and fun! I wish I could join you in your adventures! Man and that many laptops inside the pond, what the hell... why would people dispose of those inside a pond?? Why don't they just give it away? Or, if they were stolen, just sell the damn things, or why steal it in the first place? Makes no sense!

Dodging and weaving your way through all those safes and other objects while trying not to get splashed with all the accumulated muck as they pull more items from the canal. Leigh, did the water level recede after all that trash had been removed? I wonder what the total weight of all the items would have been. My 2nd straight video of yours (& next will be the 1st one in Amsterdam... which I assume these might all be from Amsterdam in this section). What a rubbish dump for thieves! As a half-Dutch Aussie, learning Dutch and about the Netherlands since my Dutch-born Mum's death, I'm frankly disappointed to see this. I'm interested to see if you've found any WWII things in the river. My Dutch grandfather (who owned a small corner deli / milk bar) was forced by the Nazis to load military vehicles onto the trains as the end of his street. After laoding, he took the keys and even ashtrays from the plush Nazi officers vehicles, then would detour to the canal (?) and dump them all in there. Yes, it's now considered dumping, but in WWII, it was his own personal effort to frustrate the Nazis anyway he could. No, you won't find those keys & ashtrays there in/near Amsterdam (if that's where you are), because he dumped them in north-east Province Groningen. Anyway, good job! Whilst I'm disgusted at the crimewave & dumping, I'm so thrilled to see the effort being put in to clean up the waterways. 😁👍🇦🇺

I am amazed that Europe does not have a salvage fund for the likes of what these giuys find in the canals,,,,safes and other heavy metal items....in the USA, there is a per pound finders fee for junk metal items.....scrap metal is about .05 cents per pound, copper scrap can get you approx. .35 cents per clean pound...and aluminum cans, like beer and coke cans are about .25 cents per pound.....there are other prices for lead, batteries, stainless steel, etc. and some people who are retired make good side money from collecting such metals....whaz'a matter wid youse guiys in europe???....youse pud a lat'sa energy into finding all the bikes and safes and other metals......so why don't youse guys start a JUNK business in your nation and sell to da Chinese or da Japanese?????

Same criminals are probably dumping all those safes in there,plus there good at opening them as well. Some of those safes were heavy duty. Possible even had a tool attack rating,hard to tell from all the mud,snot,buggers,andwho knows what else. You guys having fun that's the best part.
