But we have revelation from God in scripture that He occupied the Tabernacle of of the Hebrews while in the desert and later the Tabernacle of the Temple in Jerusalem. This continued until Jesus, in His propitiatory sacrifice, was crucified and God left the Temple. In the New Covenant He is present in the Eucharist in the Tabernacles of Apostolic Churches (Catholic and Orthodox) around the world. One way to abide in Him is to participate in the Mass or Divine Liturgy. John 6:56, ESV: Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. If you are going to include such churches as those in Sedona AZ and the Air Force Academy, you should surely have noted the magnificent and innovative Abbey Church at Saint John's University, Collegeville, MN, by Marcel Breuer. Among the historical Churches should certainly be the beautiful Hagia Sofia (although now a mosque, I believe) in Istanbul.
