I am 77 and after over 50 yrs I have gone back to my first passion which was music. I came within 1/4 inch of loosing my left arm between the hand and elbow. I always dreamed about playing again and this ended my dream but God had a few miracles in line for me. A brilliant surgeon connected every single tendon in my arm with plastic extensions and a n angel of a physio therapy got my arm working again and my wife and daughter by Gods grace and a miracle got me a Yamaha YC 88 stage piano and stood behind me through hours of practice heart ache and tears and I am now part way working through this piece of music that has inspired me to work like hell until I master it. My ultimate dream is to complete this composition and encourage others who have had their dreams shattered not to give up. Christ does still perform miracles and I am living proof. Medically this should never happened but it did. Hope this encourages anyone who has given up to rethink their thoughts. God bless and restore you.

My 12-year-old son, a pretty good piano player, comes into my room the other night and says, "Dad, I just heard the most beautiful piano song ever." I think when you've reached the 12-year-old boy demographic, you've created something special, inspirational, and memorable. And since that night, I've listened to this about, oh, 50 times or so. Lol. And my son is learning the song. He will play it at his next recital. Great piece, thank you!

If your son made this comment to you he definitely has an ear for music. pls pls encourage him to keep up with his music. If he gets discouraged and wants to play a different type of music that you may like do NOT discourage him. This is my condensed story. I reached grade 5 conservatory well under 3 yrs and wanted to play music by Gerry Lee Louis etc but my teacher said no way. I had a chance to go to the Toronto Royal Conservatory at 13 but we could not afford a cent to make this happen even with a backer. I quite because I could not play what I wanted. Biggest mistake in my life. Started to get back into it for one year but a divorce and sol custody of two children with no support ended that as my 5 and 10 yr old were number one in my live. I vowed when I could I would return to my passion. I was close to my dream but I had an accident and came within half an inch of loosing my arm. miracle one I did kept my nerves and had all my tendons attached with plastic joiners so I still had feeling. piano for me was done. With the help of a physiotherapist my angel and God I was restored to my original plan. I am now 76 and by another miracle I now have a Yamaha YC88 stage keyboard and because my music reading had vastly been reduced I am learning to play. My dream is to return to 50% of where I Quite. Other than this my dream is to encourage young people to stay with their music. If they give up like I did they will miss out on what music can do to enhance their life and those around them. Tell your son to follow his dreams and passion along with a balanced life and he will not have to experience the pain of giving up like I did. I am blessed to have a second chance and try to play at least 4 hrs a day. I have COPD so I know that I must use every second to achieve this goal. As a fellow parent I hope this gives you a bit of a tool to suppport your son in his challenging times that we all encounter. God bless.

@jasonromero6854 Jason, seek the light of Jesus. He brings light to all darkness. I have been disabled for 35 years with chronic back, neck, shoulder, and hip pain. Ten days ago, on Friday13th 2023, one day before my 58th birthday, the Lord Completely Healed ALL My Pain; it's gone, all of it. I have been pain-free for the past ten days. He did it on Friday the 13th, the bad omen day. 13 = destruction, but this time it was Reconstruction. I was to a point where I could only stand for a few minutes before having to sit down. I often stood on my knees in front of the kitchen sink to do the dishes just so I could help my wife a little bit, which quietly broke her heart to watch, but it was all I could do, and that was pushing it. If I had the strength and endurance, I could hike to the top of any mountain; that's how pain-free I am. Even when the Morphine wears off, there is no pain, no joint pain, no muscle pain nothing. IT ALL GONE 35 Years of Pain Gone. Glory to the Lord. Amen! So remember this: no matter how dark things get, He will always light the way; give your life to Him. The Lord's arrival is very close. Google or KZbin the sinners' prayer, then get on your knees and humble yourself, and ask to be forgiven. Then, keep the conversation going. God Bless! All Glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jason, He is waiting for you with open arms.

I first heard this piece in 2020, during lockdown in the UK. It was a scary and lonely time. There was no good news, no words of reassurance or optimism. I turned to music and nature for solace. We were allowed to leave our homes once a day for exercise, and I would listen to this piece of music on my phone while walking my dog. It really resonated with what was going on in my head at the time. A few years have since passed and memories fade, but when I listened to this just now it all came flooding back. Music is so powerful in that way. Anyone who can write and play such a beautiful piece of music is truly gifted. I salute you, I envy you, and I thank you.

With everything thats going on in the world. Just close your eyes and embrace this song with all its magnificence. People can be toxic, rude, insensitive, wasteful, and yet... In some of humanities darkest hours, we can be uplifting too. Where endless shadows are casted and the only way out is deeper into isolation, creations like this still bring us as people together. Bridges can be fixed, relationships mended, friendships renewed. And that once abandoned thought slowly creeps back in, gaining momentum, gaining confidence... This endless black cloud WILL clear, leaving us in better place, and after it all, we as a race will be stronger for it. Change, is inevitable. As the past is history, now is the present, every moment from here on is a gift. Be the person who you want to be remembered as.

What a beautiful song! For a long time....I listened to music like this. Then....one day, I realized perhaps I could play the piano? I didn't know but I decided to get a piano and see. Well....I started pressing the keys until some good sounding sounds came out of the piano. I just needed maybe 3 minutes and it was a song right? Well....I am happy to say that I just composed my first piano song and released it on youtube. It is called "Two Moons Apart." I hope someone enjoys my piano song like I enjoy this song :)

I can feel the pain. I can feel the disappointment. I can feel the uplift and hope, but with uncertainty, unworthiness. I can feel and imagine thousands of lives, just running with no reason, some with minor purpose, doing what lives do, living life. Then - it gets close to the end of their treadmill time. And some, a few, maybe with wisdom - slow down and wonder - what are they doing? And the rest rush past, to win, to be the first in life. They won. But for the wise, they slowly see the winners are possibly losers. I feel for the lives this music is about. It is sad, deep, strong, resounding. It has a message for those who listen. Redemption. It is about us all. This is truly one of the most magnificent pieces you will ever listen to.

@gabyceron95663 жыл бұрын
@@carolej.6067 faith is a gift from God. “And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.” Ephesians 2:1-10 He does answer. He is faithful and good. You may not see that right now because you look at what is present. It’s all we’re ever capable of doing. But we rest in the word of God. We rest knowing God is sovereign. The word of God is his word. It the infallible, inerrant, and God breathed word. I am not self-sufficient. I am not worthy. I am wretched and depraved! BUT GOD being so rich in mercy has saved me. He saved me from eternal damnation. He saved me from his wrath and hell. I deserve every bit of his wrath. I have sinned and went against his holy law. God being just and merciful sent our lord and savior Jesus. The 2nd person of the trinity. To die for our sins. He bore our sins and our iniquities and got trampled by God’s wrath.. the wrath we all deserve. Jesus lived a holy and blameless life. A life that we will never have because of our sinful nature. He resurrected on the 3rd day and had victory over death. His righteousness was accounted to us. He covered my wretched nakedness with his righteous garments. ( penal substitution) “Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” Romans 8:1 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus; whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness, because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed;” Romans 3:23-25 “Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” 2 Corinthians 5:20-21 NASB1995 Repent, and believe that Christ has died for your sins. Believe that he has died from your past and future. Come before him… humbly with your burden. Come as you are.. for His yoke is light and lowly.
