The scene was deleted because the director found it problematic. And even if they used her unibrow to criticise the deleted scene why was it again used during the ending, did they think people won't understand in one go so they need to show it again and again.

I think the deleted scene is addressing the obsession of fair skin and the unnatural extents people go to make themselves paler, they're even pointing out the fact that it's wrong and darker color is beautiful. Now, even as a joke, talking about it as if they're doing something offensive (while the scene and the intent shows exactly the opposite) is like saying "3 idiots is promoting pressure on kids for studies" 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ (Plus making fun of someone on having a uni-brow, they're doing exactly that, judging people on their looks)
