Common spot for kayo knife raze nades can destroy the trips and skye dog could tank it

Always play around what the enemy comp is ofcourse! If you see that they are using kayo knife a lot, reposition. If you see skye uses the dog early you can put the first trapwire a bit behind and use your oneway to destroy the skye dog. Ofcourse not every game is the same 😀

I tested what u said but it worked 1 time. i think its useful only when u eco second round after losing pistol to try ruining the enemy's advantage (just take a sheriff if they dont have kayo ) . Also u can use this setup when the enemy is on eco round bc they dont have many abilites,skye would probably won't buy dog raze won't buy boombot and probably any agent wont buy abilites accept for smokes.

For me, when im facing against a skye, i put my trips on crouch level so that the skye cant tank. In my opinion thats one way to counter skye dog when playing cypher

@@idoido5005 you don’t have to use it against an eco round and I personally wouldn’t recommend it. The one way isn’t really something that’ll work consistently. It’s mostly a deterrent. You pop the smoke and they’ll all run back to avoid getting killed (if you do it late enough usually you can get one maybe two of em). But the trios used are kinda bad because assuming they have smokes they will just shoot out that first one and now you only have one trip that can do something (depends if they jump over it, sometimes they do). Cypher is sadly a character that’s not too hard to counter but normally just doesn’t work on good players

im Cypher main, and this setup is a little bad: the fade dog, skye dog, can counter this setup, and haven is open, the camera is bad because the enemys can break it easily, a better cam is on the spot when you put the oneway, to the right on the top of the boxes (sorry if my english is bad)

The cages are the best cages for this. The camera is top tier. But the trips 😭😭😭 The enemies can jump over them easily, or even just clear them using util. Better trips would be one trip covering the entry to heaven from mid, as well as a trip at chest level near the one-way. Keeping your trips too low on the ground allows the enemies to even accidentally jump over them.

a better trip would be to crouch and place until the blue indication line is directly in your face, it is high enough to avoid skye dog if placed correctly

nah skye and fade dogs can hit those easily when they know cyphers on site. just play around the enemy comp. Fade, raze and skye enememies -> you play alot of headhight kill-trips. No dogs but only raze drone -> use unjumpable trips for confident rotates. no drone or dogs at all -> use these lower kill-trips (replace them as unjumpable if you rotate)

Cams and cages are good but the tripwire has to be higher that cant be crouched or jumped u can do this by crouching and aiming ur tripwire at ur head its more effective and plus u should change tripwire places and camera because if u dont these traps would likely be useless

If there's a Skye, Raze, or Fade, I recommend to not set your trips that low as the boom bot, dog, and fades dog both would activate them, thus wasting ur trip. I'd recommend setting them at crouching head height. Harder for bots and dogs to trip, agents either have to destroy it or get hit by it unless Jett or raze go over it

This is good if you only care about kills. It forces your team to have a player heaven or mid, lowering the player count A site. Sentinels should lock down sites, not get picks and force your team to weaken sites and play retake.
