Putnam hell no, Fox’s shine sends downwards basically guaranteeing you take the stock with the second shine if you read their jump option afterwards falco still has to combo you and follow DI multiple times before he takes the stock

I’d say meta knights down b in brawl is better in theory because of the ability to turn invisible indefinitely. That would make it the best defensive move in smash history , if that strat wasn’t banned . I’d say Monado arts rival shine , but you’d have to put it on a top tier character to see how good it really is .
