TinTin Yes - The Enlightened Target is spot on with narcissistic perpetrators, the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel. Carol is a family lawyer campaigning for change in the Courts to recognise this attack on innocent children. We need to unite and make our voices heard, like, subscribe, hit notifications bell and share to allow these truths to come up more on the KZbin algorhythm. May Truth prevail.

Could you make a video about the role of CAFCASS and their involvement in court proceedings and their view on DV? My CAFCASS officer submitted a report to the court saying basically this is conflict when this is clearly my ex being controlling and I am so disappointed by the institutions in place failing to protect my baby, feeling very lost and not sure what to do the court basically do not want to hear about DV..

This speaker sets up a straw man argument in alleging the courts approach alleged domestic abuse with inappropriate "contact-at-any-cost" 'solutions' (which they don't) that enable the continuation of abuse to the resident co-parent (from the non-resident co-parent) which manifests as devastating trauma for children and young people witnessing the abuse and being drawn into a wrenching loyalty bind. She does admit that the allegations of domestic abuse "can be false". That's where she needs to stop and think this one through. She is speaking for the law in England and Wales where the alleging of domestic abuse is greatly incentivized, since doing so entitles you to legal aid (financial) and therefore her (the speaker) to professional fees, and moreover will trigger revenue to one of her counterpart professional colleagues acting on behalf of the other parent. It is not possible to do what she urges (to consider domestic abuse in its widest sense) without acknowledging the prevalence of domestic abuse in the form of false allegations. In fact, she admits to considering domestic abuse in its narrowest sense (gendered) and although the scenario she describes is undoubtedly a real one, it is also not one that any man or woman in the country would deny happens. Still, in acknowledging this, very few of us would deny the existence of a much fuller picture. How then, can a lawyer accustomed to scrutiny be so cavalier as to do so? How can she put forward what amounts to a "no-contact-at-any-cost" interpretation of the law and NOT acknowledge that doing so involves her collusion with, and enabling of, an even more devastating abuse? Given the incidence of false domestic-abuse accusations, how can she justify enabling not just the continuation of abuse to the children, but its intensification into perpetual annihilation of a crucial parental bond? That is to say, the immense heft of trauma on the child and its life-long developmental ramifications that characterize severe parental alienation. She could only arrive at that ludicrous conclusion by misunderstanding domestic abuse as gendered, misunderstanding alienation as a trauma that is passed through and healed, and totally ignoring the domestic abuse and trauma perpetrated on the left-behind parent (presumably she sees this as retributive justice). She needs some left-behind mothers and grandmothers to help her stop and think.

"In spite of the fact there's been multiple false allegations of Domestic Abuse.." Not in spite of the "facts", I bet this one is one of those lawyers who "sex up" falsely obtained DEO's too. When you've been on the wrong end of this, you'll understand how vile this is. Instead of assuming fact, make it your priority to seek actual fact and then we can have a sensible discussion about this.. Always usually fathers eh? :(

She also only refers to abuser as the father. This is inaccurate. Other than that the other information is useful knowledge.

So, Is an allegation of Domestic abuse, supported and encouraged by solicitors which enables the accuser to obtain legal aid which in turn creates a prolonged series of court hearings, which in turn creates more fees for their solicitors, which is then investigated by Cafcass and reported as unfounded in a section 7 report deemed to be Domestic abuse by both the accuser and their legal representative?? Yes, of course it is. In every sense of the word. Can anything be done about it? No, not a thing. Then to use such an emotive term as The Survivor Diaries yet purposefully exclude many victims of this structured abuse implying that they are not 'survivors' gives a very clear and distinct insight into what is corrupt, bias and flawed with the whole family court system, and also those who make a considerable amount of money from them.
