@fishgalveston actually there is. The West Bay area. I have never fished there and many of these KZbinr Channels but don't want to show their fishing spots of which im not wanting specifics, but to where is this spot or area?

There’s absolutely secret fishing spots(and crabbing) in Galveston. My favorite is a wade spot near terramar. West end backside.

Secret spots are more about perfect conditions at places rather than just geographic locations. but this one is pretty good for the conditions that are predominant for most of the summer

With current bag limits and flounder season closed during the run,you got to be local to enjoy it. I’m not but an hour out and that can be some expensive fish.

You are right about that. Fishing has become more of a leisure activity than a way to get a meal.

I've never seen it that empty before. I stopped fishing there about15-20 years ago. There was no elbow room just like sea wolf Park.

I never fish on the weekends or holidays. too crowded. only fish after the tourist season. then, you have it almost to yourself
