Ever since I saw this a year ago, that quote from Carlos "just as much a student as a teacher", has pretty much taken over my life man. I look up to Carlos a lot for his diligence and determination, and it's easy to forget that he's still on a journey of learning to skateboard. But regardless of skateboarding, it's with everything. Everyone is always so focused on imparting the knowledge they've gained, my precious self included, and it's easy to forget that we're all still learning and growing. Like Andy said man, what a beautiful mindset. Life is all about learning and teaching for me, and it's a huge bummer when I come across as a know it all or like I'm trying to force my opinions on others, so even in being a student and teacher, there is room for learning how to do that more effectively. I love each and every person on this planet, including you who reads this, and I implore to make the quest for knowledge, and the sharing of that knowledge, your overall goal within your particular path through life.

I love Andy's mix of 70s street skating, and 80s ramp skating, and tying it all together with his own brand of inventiveness, and creativity. I will be buying his products if for nothing more than to support his "Mind"set and positive impact on the world. I guess Skating has evolved since the days of the "my turf", skatepunks. I have been skating since 1974 and lived it all on the outskirts mostly, but always kept a board. I skated my son to kindergarten on the front of my longboard, but he never really had an interest until he went to college this year. He asked for a longboard and lessons so I have been out skating with him, which has lead me to Braille Videos. Anyway Everyone keep skating, and spend the time to teach someone something, and be ready to learn at the same time. I totally will be watching Andy's website for the next run of his boards. The 9 inch deck reminds me of my John Gibson Zorlac setup. Would love to replace that with a Andy Anderson setup.

Ollie on lock, manuals on lock.. 180 almost on lock. No comply, Shove it's.. And now this beauty. kzbin.info/www/bejne/noiUgHt9ba9nsJo (Dat 1st flip happiness) XD Whenever I see someone in the comments ask if it's too late to start I crack up... THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TOO LATE! Just live your dreams. No one will do it for you. I hope I can be an inspiration to anyone who reads this. And Braiile (and Lance, wherever you are)... Thank you for sending me on this journey. Keep infecting the world with the skate virus. Forever grateful

Michael Venetiaan Awesome man! I am almost 27 and just got back into skating after almost a 10 year break and it feels good! Im having to relearn a lot of my old tricks, but it is still super fun (and a great exercise)!

@@dreamfarmer9558 Totally! I enjoy it everytime! My legs and stamina are stronger and better than ever. I'm trying to get as many people as I can to get skating. I've been pretty succesful actually ^_^ Cool to hear you got back into skating. What got you back into it? Was it these Braille guys? ;-)

Been watching Braille for a few years now and get momentary thoughts in my head to go grab a deck and start practicing ollies. At 30 I thought I was too old to start, and after watching your vid I'm getting ever so tempted to get a board and give it a crack. Sick kickflip too, nothing beats that feeling of getting a trick nailed for the first time.

It's not by accident. Andy has been teaching skateboarding to local kids in the Vancouver BC area for quite a long time. To be specific Whiterock BC. Amazing teacher ,skater and human being.

You guys are amazing! I cant do any of these tricks Haha but watching you guys do your thing really helps my anxiety and depression. Ice been struggling alot but this helps take my mind off of things. Watching these tricks and how smoothly everything goes and your willingness to learn and teach is so satisfying. I appreciate you guys!
