*To people saying I didn’t provide evidence* If your kid has a massive peanut allergy, and your kid’s favorite peanut free snack suddenly removes all mentions and a dedicated page of being peanut free, would you feed it to'em? Since it's not proof/evidence of anything? in civil court (If MrBeast sued me, it would be civil court), evidence needs to meet the requirement of “being more persuasive than the opposing evidence”, not “beyond a reasonable doubt”. Beyond a reasonable doubt is for criminal cases only. *UPDATE AUGUST 18, 2024* - Slavefreechocolate.org has removed Feastables from their list 👀👀 (thank you @millaahola322 for the update) - KZbin doesn't seem to like when people talk about child l4bor and $laves, so I included "DogPack Approved" in the title to get more eyes on this video. My question is, it this why he changed the packaging as well? So we don't notice the small certification change but we notice the big overall change in the physical packaging itself?
@hamizannaruto2 ай бұрын
A picture memory is much easier to remember and recognize. If a packaging become different, you can't exactly rely on your picture memory, and thus, you might forget some detail from the old packaging. So yeah, sounds probable. If the packaging stay the same but a logo disappeared, then our picture memory might trigger something is missing because it's not the usual spot. But a new packaging won't trigger this unless you memorize every single detail.

I feel like there's something extra disgusting about this when you consider that he started out intentionally trying not to use slave or child labor. The fact that he is now using it means that it's a completely deliberate decision to use this type of labor just to save a buck. This video in comparison is crushing all the stats that KZbin supposedly finds important, but performing pretty terribly. I really believe it’s bc of words like “child labor” and “child slavery”. Apparently, last time this kind of stuff got exposed (CP), there was an adpocalypse on KZbin bc advertisers pulled their ads from KZbin bc they didn’t want their stuff being shown on these videos / on a platform that was being accused of being a CP friendly platform. It seems like KZbin has monetary incentive not to show these types of videos. Again, I could be speaking out of my butt, but the stats to views don’t make sense.

Piles hardly touched compared to other stuff, like an empty section with only feastables in the middle leftover. And when I would do go backs in the grocery area, the candy section with feastables would be close to untouched compared to the bars around it. Even nowadays, when I go in I just don’t see anyone buying it. Like, there can’t be that much demand for it? Who are buying these? (I’m tired so if my wording is bad, I know😭)

I thought it was unethical that Mr beast promoted 5 ingredients and a healthier option and then added soy lecithin and palm oil. the thing with kosher certification is that the ones that gave kosher certification to the manufacturer are from peru while the most wildly accept kashrut is OU which are only in the US and could have very different lines on what is and isnt kosher. so while kosher peru may think it is kosher OU could disagree. and OU will probably want their own cameras ETC. also getting a OU certification could be much harder and probably more expensive. thats usually why most brands are not kosher, because its way too expensive and way too much work to only get a additional 6m~ castumers (at least in the US)

That is deep conjecture but i think you're likely right. I don't know if anyone cares THAT much about ch labour, after all, who even has a "conflict mineral free" smartphone or computer, but the communities who can only consume kosher or halal foods, they would get bloody pissed if the same product was certified for them one day and the next day it wasn't. Especially if they took a bite and only later noticed the change had been made, and it turned out, they had been inadvertently eating forbidden foods. I come from the featured tweet, it wasn't in my KZbin feed. I saw your previous water bottle video a while back. I only ever got locally made chairs, and i already have a preferred manufacturer.

You are wrong about kosher certification, but correct in regard of fooling people about slave-labor free. This likely has resulted in some Jews who do not frequently recheck labels to ensure a item stays kosher which is a horrendous thing in general breaking Kosher. Kosher is a practice, a responsibility by God and a longstanding tradition. However, to clarify on the kosher certification, just cause your factory is kosher certified does not mean your product is certified. Its a long, expensive, and very very very difficult process that requires months of review and rereview constantly. Its a headache for manufacters which is why barely any products have it.

That's not the way Halal/Kosher works. Basically, if a manufacturer says that they are halal / kosher, it means that you *could* produce those halal/kosher foods using their services, but it does not make it impossible to make haram/non-kosher products with their help. If mrbeast wanted to add pork to his bars (weird i know) he could, which would make feastables haram, but the manufacturer would stay halal/kosher.
