Eastlake, Glenwood Ave, Kirkwood, most of 4th Ward got to be the most gentrified. Almost Edgewood except Edgewood Courts left. But they painted it.

Go to the west side...Bank head highway like Hollywood Rd. I remember getting lost around there and I couldn't believe it. Apartment buildings with all the windows smashed out but people still living in there. That was the 90s though. Many places have or are becoming gentrified.
