The Jimmy Brooks one is interesting. The honourable choice is to save him, but you have no guarantee he won't snitch. It's the words of a stranger you're putting trust in. If you kill him, sure it's dishonourable but you're protecting yourself and the gang. You only just moved to the area, you're trying to lay low. Personally I saved him, however at this point it would be more in character for Arthur to dispatch of him

Also, instead of just killing people, you should try the “Rob” feature first, to see if there’s hidden dialogue. For instance, during that scene where you roll up on the O’Driscolls robbing the stage coach driver. After you kill the O’Driscolls and rescue the driver, I wonder what happens if you then rob the guy for yourself. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is unique dialogue for that kind of thing.

I carried Micah's body back to Rhodes because it was the only place I remembered that had freshly dug grave. And I put his body in a proper grave so he could have a dignify death. Is it dishonorable enough? Since I had to ride all the way from Mt.Hagen, his body was all thawed out though, interesting detail. If you wanna go one step further, you can leave his body on top of Arthur's tombstone.
