It's a shame the way things ended at City for Joe Hart. He was such a big part of turning City into the club they are today! And Caballero's clutch performance in the penalty shootout was the greatest display of goalkeeping I've ever seen. Ederson's always gets credit for his passing ability... Joe Hart had few weaknesses (namely distribution and reaction times to crossing headers) but he was an absolutely world class keeper and although Pep replacing him was probably the right choice for his system, Ederson is no where close to having the Shot Stopping and diving prowess of Joe Hart in his prime.

Agree Hart was more capable of stopping than Eddie. Just sad as Joe can't deliver the same as Eddie gave to Man City as a sweeper keeper. City now is really good with Eddie as playing from the back to give room outfield player space to attack and arrange the passes. Two different personas of GK but both are outstanding at their time. Hope they can win the UCL this year.
