Not including any other cards Utopia, Zeus, Evolzar Laggia and Dolkka. I have more URs in this deck than Ns and Rs but However expensive this deck is, it is really good and for sure a long term investment till the 2 other cards for this archetype arrive.

@@NeostormXLMAX a lot of handtrap heavy decks like this one (and evil twins) do suffer from just drawing too many handtraps and none of your 1 card starters. So i can imagine he definitely bricked with this deck at one point or another. It's why i enjoy 1 card combo piles. Higher chance of drawing into different engines, possibility of getting multiple going, and different synergies between them. The only downside generally being you don't get to run that combos full engine, so it may not have as much variation or options as normal. (For example most verte branded engines don't run ad libitum, so once mirrorjade is gone he's gone lol)

I’m currently testing tri-claw right now, and it’s going quite well. It’s very consistent at making its boss monsters and has some really nice-feeling combos to use. A neat tech I suggest if you’re going to try this deck is the danger engine: 1 jackalope 1 bigfoot 1 thunderbird. They’re quite literally so many ways the deck can use them to extend their plays, for example if you open cerburel(garnet of the deck) then you can search jackal(or in vice versa) with shuraig and then bearbrumm effect to send both jackal(which pops it’s effect to special summon danger thunderbird from deck, level 8 winged-beast) and cerbural( to special summon itself from grave, level 2 beast-tuner). You can use this to make an ez baronne de fleur, and without having to run turbo-brick-visas. They can be used to draw or they can be discard targets for cards like kerass, extending the play into their discard-effects accordingly. I also recommend black wing zephyros the elite(level 4, winged beast), though this is a more known tech, I thought I’d still share: zephyros is a search target, with an in-grave effect that allows you to return a card you control to the hand(most typically your scareclaw field spell for next turn) to special summon itself, extending further into things such as a rank 4 xyz (bagooska..? Abyss dweller??.?). And finally one final tech I’m still testing is valerifawn(level 2 beast tuner, earth) this card allows you to discard a card to special summon a level 2 or lower beast from your GY, extending plays. Additionally, this cards type/element make it the perfect pairing with the rest of your level 3, earth scareclaw to synchro summon naturia beast 🤭

Alternative if you still want some experience to play scareclaw but has really little budget spend to make more of scareclaw UR, you can mix it with tri-brigrade (since most of them are beast/beast warrior with exception reichheart) tri-brigrade engine work well for that

Scareclaws look like a fun deck, I could see it replacing Numerons on ladder as the resident unga deck if it didn't require so many URs. Thematically it looks and feels like some weird cross between Crusadia and Fur Hire.

If you are to poor you can use phantom knight cards to stall and even buff the boss card I use it and got 6-0 it's a very good combo because phantom knight can push out more cards so you don't have to sacrifice any scare claw

I started with a budget! It’s pretty cheap. Only need 120 UR! Make up the rest of the deck with 3 copies of the lv3’s add 3 Kashtira Ogre.. if you have SR add 3 copies of Visas Samsara, 3 Kashtira Scareclaw, 2 Shangri ira, 1 Kashtira birth. ash, imperm, veiler, called by, solemn, nib, lightning storm, droplet, from the budget pack deals.. 1 x Reichheart 1 x Primitive planet 1 x Light heart 1 x Tri heart After you get more UR make a Visas Starfrost and a Vicious astraloud, Kashtira Fenrir/unicorn/arise heart, chaos angel. Then work on a 2nd copy of Reichheart, Starfrost, primitive planet, Light heart, Tri heart… I’ve got all playing for free. Even added a baronne, little knight, i.p, apollousa, crusadia avramax

When in doubt, ALWAYS stop the link 1 archtypal monster. Aside from freacking Almiraj, those are usually a safe bet since most of them cost your opponent their normal summon. So at that point, they have commited something. Making you able to force then to make sub optimal plays.

the thing that I hate about the deck is that scareclaw straddle says it negates a monsters effect..... But doesn't...... maybe it's just if you have regular scareclaw monsters and not link maybe its if you have only scareclaw, I don't know. But I can't figure out for the life of me how it works

It negates a card or effect only if that card/effect targets a Scareclaw. If it doesn't target it won't negate the effect.

Visas very good card your must get 3 copy because is splashable to synchro deck. Easy tuner monster ready to go. The 1st numbers eveil correctly 7 sins which powerful board breaker. Don used Numbers eveil for Rhongo which gimmick not synergy well. Instead used it for seven sins and thunder spark dragon for board wide. Draglubion for OTK since did not it did prevent your summon number XYZ, and guess what Numeron Dragon is number xyz summon. Or if your XYZ expert go for Number 93 where your XYZ summon XYZ alot of number XYZ, hope somebody can find out i build deck for it. Dkayed itself can make it happen.

@@64Badger64 easily, the one card combo (assuming you open some sort of board breaker as well to deal with negates) swaps everything to def and puts up a ~ 3900 tri-heart with up to 4 attacks based on extender options. Shit like Kaiju slumber / lightning storm / droplet / dark ruler no more are needed to either bait the negate or negate the negates it’s definetly a more fragile combo but especially against non meta I think the potential is there. In a lower power format I could see a tri-brigade build doing well too gaining access to shuraig but ATM I like go second more.

If you want the great value brand Scareclaw there's always Level Limit - Area B. 😂 Of course it effects your monsters too though. Just not Xyz I don't think or link. On a side note I heard Tri-Brigade works well with Scareclaw.

I’ve played against Scareclaw w/ my Heatsoul-Salad (Now w/ 2nd Nib, Veilers and Roars) 7-8x, and I’ve lost once. Been thinking about trying to make room for a couple Ghost Ogres, but right now, not seeing the need. Without Tri-Claw’s Bagooska’ing, the deck doesn’t seem any worse than any other rogue stuff that pops up now and again. Edit: Again, Konami, could we please *please* get some efficient backrow hate. This deck just adds one more continuous to the list you need to pay more to get rid of, than the opponent does to play it. Edit/Update: Scareclaw players seem to be improving. Shamelessly deployed the Gozen Matches. Today’s Vs Scareclaw/Scareclaw-Tribrigade, 6-3 (Damn coin-toss hated me today. Went 2nd 7x)
