Butter, sujuk (if not available=beef chorizo) eggs, tomatoes, smoked or sweet paprika, bread. No need for salt due to sujuk saltiness. I would add some herbs and feta cheese to mine, but depends on what you like. Sauce can vary from ketchup (never on mine) to some spicy tomato chili sauce. Happy cooking!

i just did that, the meat quality is ass. also Fish from the grocery store is more tasty than fresh fish from Turkey. Atleast at 90% of the stores, you see there whole menue laying in the sun without any cooling. never was so disappointed in my life, normally i enjoy all flavors and eat everything

As a chef I've been traveling a lot back in the old days and been following the street-food sector of catering for a long since. I've seen lots of places where they made street food served with cutlery - in my opinion a street food you need cutlery for is not a proper street food anymore, this food is obviously passed that side of the test. The other mistake lots of "street food" restaurants make is that even though sometimes they make almost fine-dining category meals they fail the other important part either because there is too much sauce in it or because the meal is just simply falls apart while one is eating or there could be many other reasons that could make the difference between a good and a bad street food. This meal is also passed that test as well because you can eat it on a civilized way without having sauce on your knees and elbows. Seems like a perfect street food for me. Good job!

I was just spelling it like in the video title and like we do at the butcher shop I work at. Language is most fundamentally oral-aural, so it makes sense that when a word from one language is used in another language, it will sometimes adopt a spelling that imitates the *sound* of the original language (this aiding pronunciation) *rather* *than* adopting the exact spelling of the word in the original language. It seems that’s what’s going on here, but maybe I’m wrong.
