For me, to this day, the most feared and intelligent mobster was Anthony Accardo (Big Tuna). He was the boss of the Chicago Outfit mob. Just didn’t have the white collar understanding and approach necessary for the top level. Castellano lacked the street level connection, Gotti lacked the white collar style.
