A very good friend of mine went to a Most Haunted Event at Chillingham Castle a few months ago. She said that it was all clearly very staged. Carl got a bit shirty and evasive when questioned. In one room there was tapping upstairs where 'nobody was allowed to go'. My friend hung back and waited and sure enough 10mins later one of their crew came down the staircase and looked guilty as f when he saw her waiting. She told him that he was a faker like Carl and he shot off. Shortly afterwards, they were told that Carl and his crew had to leave early and they had gone. Such a pity they just don't do it honestly as they certainly set this all off. I used to love watching them until I started to realise that they were adding stuff in. And don't get me started on Mary loves Dick Acorah. 😂

Thank you so much for covering MH. They are the ones who duped me, I was a subscriber to their app. $90 a year. The second year they barely posted anything! Just strung us along. All cos the TV networks wanted their old stuff edited for them. It’s about the money. Fk the fans who are paying them money when they were forgotten. It was a yearly subscription so I was stuck with it. I’ve since debunked a video of theirs for myself 😎 they were triggering an EMF with their radio, you could actually HEAR them press the button EVERY time they asked a question!! It’s on one of their newer videos too. I was fuming!! I learned how emfs were triggered from you. In the US, this show aired on Friday nights and my son and I always looked forward to watching it. Then there was an episode where she insisted the ghost spat on her. We both started laughing and couldn't stop. (it was an air freshener spraying). Now that I'm older it just makes me want to shake my head that they are still at it. 😂

It would have been one of the last few episodes that aired on TV that's all I can say. I have been through their YT channel but they have not uploaded any episodes featuring Dr. Ciaran O'Keefe and I doubt they ever will In fact I don't know if Yvette and Karl still own the rights to those TV episodes. The episode in question may very well be somewhere on YT, but without being able to remember where the episode was from, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack I'll admit that saying v Yvette had a meltdown was perhaps an exaggeration but she was very angry with him actually saying that he was being "ridiculous" when he dared to suggest that the tapping noises were being caused by people's toes..@@ialicat9074

I used to be an avid watcher of most Haunted, a long time ago ! I started to notice a lot of bs, so I tested it out for myself on the live broadcasts they used to do. I must have texted in 10/15 times on different shows, saying I'd seen headless people walking past various static cameras they had and a load of other bollox that didn't happen. They read the lot out on air and even had some of their experts agree with me and say they'd seen/felt the same 😄

The whole door falling thing with Stuart I noticed when the episode aired, he nudged the door with his foot, you can just see briefly his leg bend and his foot, which granted is out of shot, is behind the door. Being a nurse and knowing anatomy I think I can conclusively say at the end of the leg in view is a foot in the direction of the base of the door. Watch closely around 20:54, see how his knee is bent back and how close his foot is to the door. Just my opinion and something I noticed just from watching and rewatching the angles and shadows and movement. Things I learned from you beardo! 🤷🏻‍♀️🇨🇦

The sad thing is that I don't think Derek Acorah was a total fraud but Yvette and Karl are known for being toxic to work with and I think there was pressure placed on Derek to come up with more info.....Yvette was always saying "C'mon Derek, we need names". I think that when O' Keefe dropped those fake names to Derek he took the bait in order to impress resulting in a bad decision. Quite sad really.

Most haunted featured Derek Acorah who was a known fake. I saw his show once in Lancaster and it was so obvious he had read the local obituaries. He convinced a woman he was speaking to her son who was killed in Afghanistan which had been recently featured in the local newspaper a few days before. He was playing on her grief which is disgusting. Thank you for exposing this series. They should be locked up for fraud.

Pendle Hill is a beautiful location I was fortunate to visit the area a few years ago and would recommend people visiting it and Lancaster Castle which housed the Pendle Witches during the trails and was used as a jail from 1955 to 2011 x

I remember that ghost watch in the 90's. I was 16/17, never had TV growing up and didn't know it was faked. I stayed with my boyfriend the night it went live and it was a given that Michael Parkinson added legitimacy. 'Mr Pipes', the restless soul in one of the homes featured, scared the living $h!te out of me and I had nightmares for weeks. Not even the hoohah afterwards could pacify my logical mind because it was so similar to my own childhood experiences that got ignored ~ I had to pray harder, better, more often and believe I could be saved from this torment. Because the devil was tricking me and I let him in. Apparently. Sound advice for an adult but not much help for a 3 year old! I don't know where I'm going with this so I'll stop abruptly. Even Derek and then I became utterly disillusioned by the whole thing and realised with many others it was all fake. At the time they were the only people able to get true intelligent responses from the world of ghosts!!! Then they got ridiculous. Was waiting for a debunk on this, thank you. Went on a MH investigation last Oct but their cheap version so none of the team were there just their employees/volunteers. Well all I can say is some of the staff think they are Yvette (did you hear that?) and try to convince on the back of the programme that something paranormal is happening, it wasn't. We were a family of 4 on this jaunt with a friend and had our own EMF meters and Ouija board - did we get anything, well that's not for here, but I think we may have upset the leaders as our kit was better than theirs (lol).

I tried watching Most Haunted for the first time starting from the first episode of the first season a few weeks ago and I really have to say that I can’t fathom how this show manages to stay on air. It’s a complete mystery to me.

I'm tempted to try and see if I can make a Ouija planchette that can record the force applied to it to see if it can reliably catch someone pushing it. I don't know how I'd differentiate that from a spirit moving it however, unless the spirit moves it from a point where nobody is touching.

I was brought up in the shadow of Pendle Hill. It’s a beautiful place , I have spent many summer nights with my friends as teenagers “camping” up Pendle and …………. NOTHING!!!!!! Lol

I can see pendle hill from my house. I’ve grown up with the tales of Pendle Hill so it always excites me when it’s featured on TV and you tube.

I also loved that episode with Quija Brothers❤, I seen it a couple of times. The children are so much braver than me, and I am over 50😂😂. I never thought about that Most Haunted did the same with the knocking. I didn’t believe in it but didn’t know how it was done. I didn’t think about it before now when you said it. Now it’s obvious 😂 I watched 1 episode of their new content, but it wasn’t for me anymore. I used to love it before, but with the years it got so bad with the mediums I stopped watching. This was an awesome video, thank you for reminding me about the knocks. ❤

As a Pendle native it amazes me that Pendle hill is actually such a well known historical site, it just seems like our little story, so strange to me. Been up Pendle plenty of times, it’s a lovely walk.

In viking land Denmark we still burn a witch in each city once a year, its of course a human sized doll on top of of a big ass fire and with strategic placed fireworks so she screams in pain when she's being send away to Bloksbjerg. In the old days they burned women alive, absolutely horrible to think about.

In regards to the door falling. One time, we had a door come off its hinges and had to balance it against a wall, and sometimes even walking near it was enough to make it tip over. And sometimes my dog would brush past it very lightly and and she was a very small dog and that would send it falling over. So the door falling is very easy to fake it moving by itself, sometimes without even touching it. Like even the correct gust of wind timed could be enough to tip it. He could have even just brushed it with his foot, since his foot is out of frame.

I don't mind saying this at all. Most Haunted probably sparked my interest in Paranormal Investigating. Many years later I get into it myself after watching The Ouija Brothers wondering why they, many other honest paranormal teams and myself don't get a lot (if any) activity. I can’t believe it was on Helloween that I found your channel Beardo. I was looking for something, anything, scary to watch because tv was really lame. I found most Haunted’s channel & figured I’d watch for a laugh & old times sake. My son then said I should look at the debunks of MH. And that’s how I became a weirdo (always been one, but now it’s official 😂). Watching all you guys is way more fun than watching the ‘investigators’. Going to go watch Parrple scream through a video game now. ❤

Most Haunted was the 1st "paranormal" show i watched! And loved 🙈😂 Tbf it was over 20 years ago! I did start watching the Ouija Bros one but i couldnt decide if i agreed with young kids going there or not 🙈 Must give it a proper watch!

Like many here I was fooled for years. I watched them from the very start and always believed them...fool that I am! So glad they are , at last being proved they are fake. I haven’t watched them for a long time now, and did have my suspicions. Watching you tonight Beardo ...thanks for a great video. Just shows how awful their videos are. That tapping isn’t load! I stayed at a medieval guesthouse three weeks ago and the tapping was so load the walls shook! I complained the next day that the nearby builder should work during daylight hours…not through the night. The host told me there was no building work occurring!

If I remember correctly, Pendle influenced Salem. Children never used to be considered reliable witnesses, so they had to change precedent in order to have the daughter testify against her family. Having set this precedent, it went over to America and Salem happened. I’d love to see you do a video about Pendle/witch trials. It’s a fascinating subject with valuable lessons to be learnt
