I’m making this right now Chef Jeffrey. I live in Ireland and we still have many small butchers throughout the country. I asked for some Turkey necks about a week ago after seeing this video, and last time I was at my butcher, they gave me an entire shopping bag of them and didn’t even charge me. How nice was that! I’m going to bring them a couple of pints of frozen stock when I’m done to thank them for the necks. I plan on trying your cornbread stuffing this year. My momma always made a quick stock on thanks giving mornings growing up, which she used for the gravy with the drippings. So many nice memories with thanksgiving and where a lot of my cooking interest started as a boy. Thank you sir 🤜🏻⚡️🤛🏽

Chef!!!! Holy Everything Great, I literally followed this recipe to a tee, and just now took a sample taste, and threw my spoon down. OFF THE CHAIN! Delicious. The only variance was I used my old school chicken broth instead of bullion since I didn’t have that. Sir, I’m so excited for Thanksgiving.

Hey Chef J, from this simple cook who's been watching you but never commenting for years, knew exactly where to come to make my 1st holiday meal. I've got a question... In the recipe you say 3-4# turkey necks and 1# turkey butt. Would the "# " be for lbs or just "number". Hope my question makes sense. Ex. ( 3-4 turkey necks or 3-4 lbs of turkey necks).
