Making 200k total comp is not the same thing as making 200k… Around 60k of this is stock options vested over 4 years, leaving you with 140k, 20k sign on and 20k bonus… your actual salary is 100k and everything else is individual and company performance dependent

I think after he posted the video about freshers being unpaid and abused by company. His channel went down. Like in India people make 2.5 LPA and he laughed about that salary and said it's good businesses are developing software for cheap.
