Casually rests holding 28kg in one hand above his head...even resting in the squat you still need to hold the weight. VERY well done Gregory. Very inspiring too.
Imagine trying this torture with the 48😬, btw you are machine man🙌👏

The fact that this was unbroken and was 28KG is crazy. That is an insane testament to your cardio and fitness level. Plus only took 13 mins? WHAT!

I'm not quite sure where to put this in relation to the sport people's 10 minute sessions of straight snatch, double jerk, or long cycle. I kinda think it's maybe harder by the looks of it, in an overall systemic way.

What level of fitness does one need to start the dojo?
@jacob-shaffer8 ай бұрын
Beginner/Novice, approval from a doctor that you're ok to do any exercise for anybody who needs that. Essentially there is no minimum level required besides being able to pick up a 8 kg/17 lb bell or lighter if you need that.

Finally attempted the Steve Cotter IKFF Level 1 Certification test today with a 20 KG kettlebell. I tried to follow along with your video here. I felt confident going in, since my kettlebell workouts for the past 5 weeks have been entirely done with double 24 KG's (and almost 11 weeks of single and double 24's before I suffered a back injury). -100 hand to hand swings...easy, I got this! -32 clean and jerks with one-arm switch...still feeling confident because this was easy too! -60 snatches with one-arm switch...ended up having to stop at 17 snatches because I felt my arm getting too weak to properly hold the kettlebell at top fixation. And my back injury I mentioned above came from doing snatches, so I am especially fearful of injuring it again with improper snatch technique. I still completed the whole thing...just not without putting the kettlebell down. Maybe I'll try it with the 16 KG next time to gauge how poor my strength-endurance level is? 😅 Oh well, guess that means I have to work on building up my strength-endurance now!

Hi Gregory ! I have been following your channel since 2020 and I thank you for all the follow-along routines that you have created. Congratulations on reaching 100K subscribers ! I recently viewed some KZbin content from an East European kettlebell aficionado @wildmoose, and I was hoping you could comment on his workout at kzbin.inforTBM7klw2Hc?feature=share

I can do this with 32 kg relatively easily and I look nothing like you. I'm 81 kg, 181 cm. 10 kg heavier than you and a bit taller (I think, judging from videos, don't know your height, but you seem shorter than average) than you, but it's all fat. I'm actually pretty sure I have to lose more than 10 kg to be at the same bodyfat percentage you are, so you have even more lean mass than I have, yet I'm taller and can lift heavier kettlebells. You must be using bodybuilding and powerlifting routines as your primary way to achieve the physique you have. But you're selling us kettlebells since bodybuilding market is too saturated for you to break in so you chose a novel one.

Not only can you do it, you do it easily? 😄 Share a video of you doing half of this with a 28kg.

Those who make the claim have the burdon of proof of claim. So... Pics or it didn't happen... In this case put up your video of you doing this with your 32kg KB, or you are just full of it.
