Y'all need to realize that KZbin people get it for free and the good quality. They send the shitty ones to regular people. Of course the girl in the video will say nice things, it's apart of the deal. I purchased this wig and it looked nothing like it did in the video...took about 8 days to arrive to Los Angeles. So now you see why she hasn't done a video update, her job was to only get the word out. Never trust someone that's getting paid to make something sound good

MillyJ Unfortuantely when I placed mine there was some religious event going on overseas, like a 2 week long new year celebration. So all mail could not go out until that event was over. So it was postponed 2 weeks. I got it in about 3.5 weeks time because of that. They were really nice and made sure I got it on time. I literally got it the night before my hair appointment. I was leaving to go out of town.

How do you keep it from frizzing up so much? I tried water, mousse, conditioner.. No luck so then I tried gel. It frizzes up less but now it's kinda of stiff. I want it to look wet all the time.
