yeah, you can sleep with it (hints why she said two weeks). you don’t have to repeat this every single day. and when you remove it you can use rubbing alcohol to make it not sticky.

yes u can sleep with it on (use a bonnet to cover at night), remove with glue remover or alcohol or sea breeze, if it hurts when you remove it you're doing it wrong lol, bald cap should be changed when u take it down for maintenance of your natural hair or change wigs, yes u can wear them for a couple weeks at a time (take it all down regularly to wash/condition/take care of your hair.
