Ive been dealing with bilateral cervical radiculopathy for four months now, stemming from heavy lifting over my head back in the winter months. I'm being put on physical therapy right now, but if that fails, I might be flying down to Houston.

I have been seeing a chrio for paresthesia of my left hand and lower back pain. So far I have been put on a table that rolls my back, an electrical stim thing, and then a couple neck adjustments. Then I was put on a traction machine for my neck for 20 minutes. Is this normal? I feel like maybe I should be getting some of these adjustments as well? please help!

I pray to be free from this pain after a motorcycle accident and continuing to work as an electrician, two years ago on a ladder I felt the worst pinch and my neck and shoulder seized up and its been the same or worse ever since. Ive spent thousands on different PT'S, Chiros, massage, osteopaths, PRP Injections, neuro pelvic doctors, all to no avail. I can no longer sit in a regular chair for long, I got rid of my purple mattress, I now sleep on the floor on a 4in foam pad, I still wake up every night in pain usually around 2 or 3 am and have to get up and start moving or it gets worse. My left shoulder is getting weaker and looser at the joint, it feels like it wants to fall off. Constant lower back flare ups as well. My quality of life has diminished. I've been in a really dark place from this. I wonder if this patient is pain free today or still needs adjustments. I really dont know if all the cracking is good for the long run.

I’m following the chloe ting hourglass workout programme (at home) & it’ has massively improved my condition. I think any kind of strengthening exercise with light dumbbells along with a monthly chiropractic treatment can do wonders
