Finally, someone that doesnt just try to sell boots from hype. I'm not sure if we just have similar playstyles or foot shapes but I have enormous buyer's remorse from purchasing alphas on the recommendations of sr4u and unisport. I found them problematic for the exact reasons you've given. I have returned the preds after trying to break them in and i settled on the tekela's as you suggested and I am just flying on the field with them right now. Keep up the authentic reviews, where I can tell you actually tested these shoes properly and not just place them on feet for a couple of minutes. You deserve more recognition and your feedback has been invaluable for me and i'm sure a lot of other prospective buyers. Thanks again mate and have a great day.

The alpha is underrated as hell, just as good as nike and adidas, and you can find the elite version discounted because they aren't that popular. I got mine for 150$

I mean the adidas predator elite ( not the ft but others ) are also heavily discounted and I got mine for 125€ with a coupon and without it would’ve been around 150€

There are literally turf, futsal, AG and FG variations of the Alpha. They're mostly only sold in Japan thouh.... I have a pair they are easily far superior to any Nike or Adidas shoe. Only comparison id give it is a New Balance Comfort. Nike and Adidas getting too comfortable releasing garbage for premium​@serbalgg

I like the Mizuno Alpha MIJs, but I tried the takedown Alpha Elites and the feel of the material just isn't as good as Mercurials for me, so I kinda agree. I know it all depends on foot shape but the Vapors just fit better while having that sock feel compared to the Alpha Elites

I think actually Copa Pures are one of the best boots on the Market but if you wait a bit and buy them on discount, they really work perfect for me since I play midd field and defense.- However no Football boots should Cost more than $200. Predators are really good as well. But I really respect your opinion and if we are talking because of the price tag I’d say yes they over priced, but on therms of quality I think they really good! Crazy take on the alpha. If I remember correctly, you reviewed the elites and not MIJ? Big difference in feel between both. I ditched my Crazyfast + and Vapor 15 as the lock down is way better than both. Upper thinness is a mix between the X and vapor 15. Not too think like the 15 and not as thin as crazyfast. Not to mention the alpha had a karvo insert, something the 15 and X don’t have. Alpha Also has the a PROPER AG option

I find it better for myself to have the closest to a sock feel, so the mizuno alphas/neo beta and the laceless predators were perfect for me.

You have 150 pairs of boots? I call bull shit. If you spent on average $100 on them, then that’s $15,000 on boots. Also, how many can you actually wear? For you to wear them consistently for 3 months to be able to give a good review, that’s 37.5 years of playing constantly.

Mizuno Morelia 2 is the one of best boots out there, especially in the classic black and white colour. Such a classic pair that look so much better than these multi coloured gimmick modern boots

I used both FG and TF version of predators (Elite FG and Pro TF), and both were not as good as people say online. They are very stiff, uncofmortable. Considering the price, I highly recommend sticking to Nike. Adidas really is lacking in AG front too, only single colorway

I have both the predator elite in fg and the phantom Luna 2 in ag and the preds are a bit overrated the upper is so stiff the first 10 wears but the phantoms are like near perfect in ag so maybe the marketing is overrated but the boots comfort is overlooked

Yeah I had the same feelings for the Predator. I bought the new Preds simply out of the nostalgia trigger it gave me, how cool it looked and dont get me wrong they are good boots from what I felt. But I wouldn't wear them over a Tiempo Legend 9 elite for an actual match in a serious tournament.

You’ll have more adjustability with the lacing system on the 0.1. But they have the same soleplate, so the fit will be very similar.

I’m not gonna lie i went to my local soccer shop and picked up a pair of nike phantom gx for 90 bucks, quality is better than most 200 dollar boots, texture is amazing and they look beautiful
