You share your experiences with us, and that's why we love you. Heck, you often give us tours of the area you're visiting, and you always give the restaurants credit for their commitment to good food and good service when they deserve it. You invite the chefs and owners to describe what they offer, enjoying some time with them and sampling their menu before you even take on their challenges. I don't know many other KZbinrs who take the time to do this. I don't know what else to say. You have an amazing show that 1 million people appreciate almost every day. Kudos to you, my friend.
