THE SPICIEST BEEF NOODLE CHALLENGE I'VE EVER TRIED (Noodles From Hell) | Joel Hansen

EXTREMELY HOT & SPICY CHINESE NOODLES WITH GHOST PEPPER! Today we try the hottest noodle challenge I have ever tried, and suiting names the "Noodles from Hell"! This is a spicy noodle dish called Lamen (not spicy ramen) which is made with a thick chewy noodle, a braised beef shank, greens, cilantro, a rich sesame house sauce, a spicy sauce and some chili oil all topped with Thai chili peppers, chili paste, ghost peppers and even more spicy items! For this spicy eating challenge we had 10 minutes to complete the meal in order to get it for free and a sweet t-shirt, drinks were allowed but i wanted to try and do it without water (which was a mistake) as this is a very hot food challenge! We are at Dumpling the Noodle, based in the Seattle Washington Area where they have a large variety of other great Chinese food like wontons, Sichuan pepper green beans dumplings, steamed buns, Peking duck and cilantro bbq beef house made pickles and other delicious Chinese foods that i decided to try before the spicy beef noodle challenge! This also isn't a beef noodle soup, rather more of a "Dry" or "sauced" noodle bowl called Lamen. We were at the Kirkland Location, and they staff and food were very friendly and delicious. Can we defeate this hot noodle challenge, or will the hot food challenge beat us? FOR YOUR INFO, EATING SPICY FOOD IS TOTALLY SAFE AND NOT DAMGEROUS! IT JUST SEEMS PAINFUL IT IS NOT DANGEROUS.

My friend did a food challenge at The Smoke in Collingwood and he told me one guy came in and absolutely demolished it. I found the video of the challenge a couple years later and it was you that came in and stole the show. I've been a fan ever since.

I really love that you let the chef describe his dishes. Some of these smaller places, especially the family-owned, really take pride in what they make. He really deserve the spotlight when showing the food!
